Universal Energy Solutions in Schaumburg, IL is hiring a full-time Account Manager to build and manage relationships with local business owners, review energy supply plans, and recommend competitive options that reduce costs.

You’ll develop a book of business with renewals, earn commissions and residual income, receive paid training, and have opportunities to advance into leadership as the company expands across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face‑to‑face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Support customers through renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting local business owners and decision‑makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on customer needs.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel within an assigned territory (typically within a 30‑mile radius of the office).
