Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Account Managers to join our Dallas team, serving businesses throughout the local area.

In this role, you’ll work directly with business owners to review their electricity and natural gas supply plans, introduce competitive supplier options, and recommend solutions that fit their business needs. You’ll primarily manage existing customer relationships while continuing to grow your portfolio through new business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face‑to‑face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Review current energy plans and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting local business owners and decision‑makers.
• Support customers through renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Travel within an assigned territory (typically within a 30‑mile radius of the office).
