Universal Energy Solutions in Richardson is hiring full-time Account Managers to serve local businesses with energy supply options and ongoing customer relationship management. You’ll review plans, present supplier options, and tailor solutions to each business’s energy needs as you grow a portfolio.

You’ll earn commission with residual income, receive paid training, and have opportunities for advancement as you build a local client base across a multi-market footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
