Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Account Managers to join our Richardson team, serving businesses throughout the local area. You'll work directly with business owners to review energy plans, compare supplier options, and recommend cost-saving solutions while growing a portfolio through new business development.

You'll build lasting relationships with commercial clients, manage renewals, and travel within a 30-mile radius of the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.
• Preferred: experience in energy or B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Support renewals and energy needs.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting local business owners.
• Review energy supply plans and identify cost-saving opportunities.
