Universal Energy Solutions is seeking full‑time Account Managers to join our Schaumburg team, serving businesses in the local area. You’ll work with business owners to review energy plans, compare supplier options, and provide solutions that fit their needs.

You’ll primarily manage existing relationships while growing your portfolio through new business development. You’ll build recurring income through renewals and long‑term relationships, helping owners reduce energy costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face‑to‑face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Support customers through renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting face‑to‑face with local business owners and decision‑makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30‑mile radius of the office).
