The role involves building email campaigns, managing workflows, and coordinating data across CRM and prospect intelligence platforms, with a focus on lead generation and conversions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience.
• Experience with demand generation and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with CRM and prospect intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and execute targeted email campaigns using ClickDimensions and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Manage audience segmentation, automated workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Support ZoomInfo administration, including prospect data management, contact enrichment, and targeted list development.
• Maintain CRM data quality and coordinate marketing-generated leads with sales professionals.
• Support sales teams with ZoomInfo training and prospecting best practices.
• Track campaign performance, prospect engagement, and lead conversions.
• Analyze results and recommend improvements to campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
