PRI Technology is seeking a Marketing Manager - Digital in a hybrid role based in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate leads demand-generation programs, manages HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce, and partners with IT to ensure data quality and system reliability.

You will drive multi-channel campaigns, enable sales with compelling materials, and translate marketing insights into pipeline growth. A 7–10 year B2B marketing background with hands-on automation is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or comparable.
  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in marketing automation and CRM technologies.
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce; certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience managing HubSpot–Salesforce connectivity including data mapping and lead routing.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; SharePoint knowledge is preferred.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or another CMS; experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated demand-generation programs across email, marketing automation, lead nurturing, ABM, paid and organic social media, and search channels.
  • Own HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce campaigns, lead and contact processes, reporting, and attribution.
  • Establish governance processes and collaborate with IT on platform enhancements, data standards, and security requirements.
  • Manage the data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and connected platforms, including field mapping and data quality.
  • Coordinate with IT and stakeholders to diagnose integration or data challenges and implement improvements.
  • Support Commercial by identifying sales enablement requirements and creating presentations, materials, and resources.
  • Use campaign performance data and attribution insights to optimize results and revenue contribution.
  • Help establish scalable marketing processes for campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job description

Role: Marketing Manager - Digital for one of our direct clients, an Energy Management firm.

Permanent position - This role is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

This is a hybrid remote set-up, 3 days a week onsite in Houston, TX. Local candidates only.

We are seeking a B2B marketing professional who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on marketing technology expertise. This position will play a key role in connecting marketing strategy, technology, data, and revenue generation.

The role will oversee the company’s marketing technology ecosystem, with primary responsibility for HubSpot and Salesforce, while partnering closely with IT to maintain reliable systems, integrations, and data. In parallel, this position will drive multi-channel demand generation programs designed to increase engagement, develop qualified opportunities, and contribute directly to pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage integrated demand-generation programs across email, marketing automation, lead nurturing, ABM, paid and organic social media, and search channels.
  • Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot Marketing Hub and the marketing-related capabilities within Salesforce, including campaign management, lead and contact processes, reporting, and attribution.
  • Establish effective processes for marketing technology governance and collaborate with IT on platform enhancements, access controls, security requirements, data standards, and system-related initiatives.
  • Manage the relationship and data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other connected platforms, ensuring appropriate field mapping, synchronization logic, data quality, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with IT and other internal stakeholders when diagnosing integration or data challenges and implementing system improvements.
  • Support the Commercial organization by identifying sales enablement requirements and coordinating the creation of presentations, proposals, sales materials, capability documents, and related resources. Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist on creative development and production.
  • Use campaign performance data and attribution insights to evaluate results, identify opportunities for optimization, and improve marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Help establish scalable marketing processes that improve campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and IT.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a comparable discipline.
  • Approximately 7–10 years of progressively responsible B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years of direct responsibility for marketing automation and CRM technologies. Experience in energy, power, industrial, technology, or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub and working with Salesforce, particularly campaigns, lead and contact management, reporting, and dashboards. Relevant HubSpot or Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
  • Practical experience managing HubSpot–Salesforce connectivity, including data mapping, synchronization rules, lead routing, and investigation of data discrepancies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or another comparable content management system.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design tools, with sufficient expertise to provide direction and effectively review marketing creative.
