Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fort Myers, FL to assist internal partners and external customers. You will answer calls, resolve issues, enter data, reconcile accounts, prepare reports and invoices, and process new accounts and orders.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You may also perform outbound follow-ups and collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
