Job summary

Greene Tweed is seeking a sales/order specialist to ensure accurate quote and order processing for Corporate Accounts. This role acts as the first point of contact for orders, deliveries and pricing, coordinating with internal GT functions to protect and grow harvest business.

You will follow up quotes, process RGA returns, and work with Finance on credit/invoice issues, while maintaining SAP master data and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Minimum 4 years sales/customer service B2B experience required.
• Strong communication skills – listening, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders.
• Maintain SAP customer orders and master data accurately.
• Close harvest quotes and support growth of harvest business and new products.
• Coordinate internally with GT functions and externally with assigned accounts.
• Resolve credit and invoice issues with Finance.
