Job summary

Gathr Outdoors in Florence, WI is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary contact for our B2B clients, handling inbound calls and emails while guiding the full lifecycle of the customer relationship.

You will manage orders in Shopify and Sage, perform proactive inventory checks, coordinate with Production, Planning and Warehouse to expedite shipments, and handle returns, warranty claims and disputes with a focus on keeping partners satisfied and driving long-term growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B customer service, call center, sales operations, or account management.
• Experience in consumer product manufacturing, production, or distribution is a strong plus.
• Ability to maintain a professional tone across phone, email and chat.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-touch inbound and outbound communication to nurture B2B relationships.
• Conduct routine account analysis to identify trends, resolve complex complaints, and propose tailored solutions.
• Own the full order lifecycle including proactive inventory checks and order entry in Shopify/Sage.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning and Warehouse teams to expedite shipments.
• Manage post-purchase operations including returns, warranty claims, and shipping disputes.
