Qualifications

• Associate degree or CSR experience in place of degree.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for accuracy prior to placement.
• Process orders, samples, return goods and credit requests.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding pricing and delivery status.
• Provide pricing information and perform required calculations.
• Coordinate customer requirements with operations, shipping and sales.
• Assist with quotations and other duties as assigned.
