Hayward Holdings Inc. in Clemmons, NC is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist our customer-base on Flow Control products. The role involves processing orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating with operations, shipping and sales.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years in B2B customer service, strong communication, and a background in pricing and quotations. This is an in-office, five-days-per-week position in a dynamic, growing team.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a B2B customer-facing service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities.
• Experience handling pricing, quotations, and order processing.
• Associate degree or CSR experience in place of degree.

Responsabilidades

• Review orders for accuracy prior to placement.
• Process orders, samples, return goods and credit requests.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding pricing and delivery status.
• Provide pricing information and perform required calculations.
• Coordinate customer requirements with operations, shipping and sales.
• Assist with quotations and other duties as assigned.
