Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or B2B environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams including Product Management, Supply Chain, and global customer service.
• Experience managing domestic and international accounts, including export documentation and logistics coordination.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, handling inquiries and escalations professionally.
• Collaborate with Product Management to support launches and changes.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and Planning to align with inventory and schedules.
• Support domestic and international teams with clear communication and global account handling.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipments, export documentation, and freight quotes.
• Identify supply or fulfillment risks and communicate mitigation plans.
• Handle complex customer issues including complaints, returns, and credits.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer service workflows.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and perform related duties.
