Genetec is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead B2B content programs in North America, acting as editor and project manager for customer stories, blogs, and long-form assets. • 3–7+ years in content marketing or editorial management.
• Experience managing multiple content formats (case studies, blogs, whitepapers/ebooks, bylines).
• Strong project management skills with overlapping deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience managing freelance writers or agency partners.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content performance optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the North America Customer Story program (written and video).
• Manage a team of freelance writers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-value content projects are completed on time.
• Edit and review customer stories, blogs, ebooks, and bylines for brand voice and quality.
• Review content briefs and suggest enhancements to improve effectiveness.
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to suggest content additions for campaign performance.
• Schedule and direct customer interviews and secure final approvals.
