Job summary

Turner Pest Control is seeking a results-driven Commercial Account Manager in Florida. You will independently drive new business, manage client relationships, and use CRM tools to optimize sales activity while earning base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

You will travel locally, build referrals, and collaborate with management on growth initiatives. A strong communication skillset and a background in B2B sales are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least three years B2B Sales Experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High organization and attention to detail
• The ability to work with a team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive and walk extensively throughout the day
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Manage your sales funnel, set appointments and conduct face-to-face meetings.
• Deliver professional proposals and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with management to shape company growth and use CRM daily.
• Build connections with existing clients and networks to position Turner Pest Control as a trusted partner.
• Travel within your assigned area for local client visits.
