Job summary

Pest Hunters is a growing pest-control company in Southeast Michigan seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to develop our commercial division. You will prospect, build relationships, network, and close recurring commercial accounts.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and a target earning potential of $75,000–$100,000+, with top performers earning $120,000+. We value pipeline, relationships, and revenue growth in a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales or business-development experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in property management, multifamily housing, commercial real estate, facility services, pest control, landscaping, HVAC, restoration, roofing, janitorial services, or commercial insurance is a major plus.
• Pest-control experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new commercial accounts.
• Reach property managers, facility managers, maintenance directors, owners, and other decision-makers.
• Generate opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Attend local property-management and business networking events.
• Schedule commercial inspections and sales appointments.
• Prepare and present proposals.
• Consistently follow up with prospects.
• Close recurring commercial agreements.
• Pursue multi-property and multi-location opportunities.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
