Job summary

Connecticut Pest Elimination in Connecticut is seeking an Account Manager to join our sales-focused team. You will build relationships with commercial clients, identify pest control solutions, and drive growth through proactive service and consultation.

You’ll leverage training to propose effective, customized pest management plans, meet sales targets, and contribute to a locally trusted brand backed by Rollins Inc. We offer solid compensation, benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a problem solver for commercial clients by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilizing marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the client’s commercial property—don’t worry, we teach you how!
• Make recommendations to clients based on your inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
