Job summary

Modern Pest Services is seeking a driven sales professional to present estimates and offers to potential customers, complete service agreements, and perform inspections with follow-up on prior estimates. Local travel within Florida is required, and adherence to company policies is essential.

The ideal candidate has prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn industry data related to pest control services.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.
• Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service
• Must possess valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers according to Pricing Matrix.
• Complete sales duties including Service Agreement completion, inspections, and follow-up on estimates.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Local travel required within territory or state.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
