Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business client accounts and oversee collection efforts on outstanding balances.
• Conduct collection outreach via phone, email, and written correspondence to secure timely payments.
• Review aging reports and prioritize accounts based on delinquency and risk.
• Research and resolve billing disputes, unapplied cash, and account concerns.
