Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles helpful
• Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective commercial and industrial customers
• Generate new opportunities through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and in-person outreach
• Contact decision-makers at executive, management, operations, and facility-maintenance levels
• Qualify prospects and assess facility needs and business challenges
• Schedule meetings and site visits for regional sales team
• Manage prospect activity and follow-up across assigned markets
• Maintain lead, contact, and activity information in company systems
• Partner with sales and operations to develop next steps for customers
• Participate in sales meetings, training, trade shows, and networking events
• Occasionally travel to Knoxville and Chattanooga locations
