Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and metrics through face-to-face and phone communication.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial customers with proactive engagement.
• Lead and develop drivers and team members to foster a results-driven culture.
• Plan delivery routes, manage drivers, ensure timely product distribution and accurate documentation.
• Provide consultative, research-based automotive recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Oversee billing, records, returns, and reconciliation for commercial accounts.
