Job summary

Cable One, Inc. is seeking a driven Business Account Executive to develop relationships with local businesses within the Texas market. You will match enterprise customers with Sparklight services that fit their needs and help grow our community footprint.

In this role you will generate leads, manage a healthy sales funnel through cold calls and referrals, upgrade existing clients, and strive to exceed monthly goals while maintaining excellent communication and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
• Good understanding of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
• Well organized, self-motivated, professional appearance, goal oriented with a positive attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell B2B telecommunication services to assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel using cold calling, referrals, phone contacts and other lead generation techniques.
• Upgrade existing clients by maintaining relationships and resolving customer issues.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Other duties as needed.
