Cable One is seeking an Outbound Business Account Representative to connect with small and mid-sized businesses, presenting Sparklight’s broadband, phone, and cable packages. You’ll support local businesses by helping them stay connected during client pitches and daily operations.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and the ability to close sales, with on-site work in Oregon and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proactive approach; ability to encourage customer commitment and solve problems.
• 3–6 months of outbound telemarketing experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality; ability to close sales and direct conversations.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services.
• Make outbound calls to present Sparklight's business packages.
• Ensure customer data is accurately entered into Salesforce.
• Answer questions about services and demonstrate why Sparklight is the best choice.
