Job summary

ASM Research seeks an Incident Management Specialist to join its 24x7 Azure environment team in the Atlanta area. You will diagnose, mitigate, and escalate system issues to maintain high availability and reliability.

Applicants should have a BS in CS or related field and 1–2 years of operations experience with Windows/Linux, plus Azure/AWS and strong communication skills. Clearances TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly and FBI CJIS may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline preferred.
• 1-2 years of operations experience providing application infrastructure support; 1 year performing system administrator support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incident tickets in a 24x7 environment to meet SLA objectives.
• Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools like NetMon and WinDbg.
• Review logs to identify and mitigate issues.
• Document fixes and recommend improvements to engineering teams.
• Coordinate changes through change management and support cross-team collaboration.
• Be willing to work overtime and varying hours as required.
