Qualifications
- Requires BS in CS or related discipline.
- 2 years operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
- 1 year performing system administration support (Windows/Linux).
- TS clearance required; FBI CJIS Investigation required.
- Azure/AWS cloud experience preferred.
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals preferred; CompTIA Security+ preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools like Netmon and WinDbg.
- Respond to incident tickets in a 24x7 environment to meet SLA objectives.
- Review system logs to identify and mitigate issues.
- Update knowledge base and document incident fixes for engineering.
- Coordinate change management and document outages for improvements.
