Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a dedicated incident management professional to support a 24x7 Microsoft Azure environment. The candidate will diagnose, mitigate and escalate system issues to maintain high availability and will participate in the Live Site work stream.

Requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly and FBI CJIS, strong diagnostic skills, collaboration across operations and development teams, and a commitment to continuous knowledge sharing and process improvements.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or technical discipline preferred.
• 1–2 years of operations experience in applications infrastructure support.
• Experience in a 24x7 cloud-based environment.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux system administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incident tickets in a 24x7 environment to meet SLA.
• Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools and logs.
• Review logs, mitigate issues, and document fixes for engineering.
• Coordinate change management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support overtime and varying hours as required.
