Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture seeks an AWS Technical Architect to lead cloud-first contact center solutions for customers world-wide. You will own architecture across Salesforce and AWS, mentor teams, and drive ROI-focused deployments of Amazon Connect and related services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives and business stakeholders, deep technical discussions, and delivering scalable, innovative AI-powered contact center solutions.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing contact center experience with ROI/ Outcomes focus.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Salesforce Service Cloud familiarity.
• Experience with WFM, CRM and contact center integrations.
• Proficient in scripting and API usage (Python/Java/C#/Node.js).

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success in building Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct ROI-focused technology assessments and audits for CCaaS adoption.
• Lead business process reviews to capture customer requirements.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS.
• Lead discovery and ROI presentations for projects.
• Translate customer requirements into contact center design and architecture.
• Mentor technical teams to ensure timely, quality delivery on Salesforce and AWS cloud.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive best practices in contact center design across deployment.
• Manage all aspects of project communications with customers.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation.
• Lead enterprise-level projects with minimal direction.
• Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center leadership.
