Job summary

Amazon is seeking a technical leader to manage and enable AWS Partner Network Consulting Partners in the US. You will own the technical strategy and execution for partner growth, including go-to-market offerings and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.

The role emphasizes leadership in partner development, guiding partners through technology practice transformations on AWS, and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across a diversified partner portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences including executive stakeholders.
• 7+ years of design/ implementation/ consulting experience of large-scale, enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of experience working with multi-national partners/customers in support of technology sales.
• 5+ years building relationships with partners leading to increased sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner leadership to drive technical growth of AWS partners.
• Build and manage a network of partners from various segments including system integrators and resellers.
• Guide partner growth, technology practice transformation, and creation of packaged offerings.
