Job summary

You will install equipment, create documentation, and coordinate with engineers, vendors, and other teams. The role requires travel between sites and a willingness to work varied shifts to support continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system.
• Hands-on hardware fault diagnosis and repair in data centers.
• Ability to travel between data centers as needed.
• Experience in a 24/7 operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix.
• Serve as primary contact for engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• On-call duties and change management participation.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
• Train and onboard new team members.
