Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents.
• Serve as a primary contact with engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in on-call duties and routine maintenance.
• Document issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and onboarding new team members.
