The ideal candidate brings extensive mission critical facilities experience, a strong engineering background, and a proven record of building scalable, efficient teams while collaborating with global groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of mission critical facilities experience.
• 5+ years of managing managers.
• Experience with data center facilities such as generators, chillers, UPS and power distribution.
• Proven ability to hire, develop and lead technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop the operations management team including facility managers and engineers.
• Establish performance benchmarks, analyses, and reports on critical facility operations.
• Oversee on-site 24x7 shift staff, sub-contractors, and vendors in line with procedures.
• Build and maintain a scalable organizational structure for the cluster.
• Forecast staffing with cross-functional teams; mentor employees.
• Lead energy efficiency initiatives and support capacity planning.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
