Job summary

Vriti seeks an experienced AWS Connect specialist to design and optimize contact center flows for multiple business lines. You will craft IVR routing strategies and ensure fast access to customer data across banking contexts.

Responsibilities include integrating backend services with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Lex, and API gateways, and continuously improving call routing performance to meet regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR routing.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Lex and API integrations.
• Experience in Banking/Finance domains (Retail, Business Banking, Lending).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain IVR flows and intent routing across multiple business lines.
• Integrate backend microservices/APIs via AWS Lambda for real-time customer data lookup.
• Optimize call routing, queuing, and contact flow performance.
