Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8–15 years IT experience with 3–4 years cloud engineering.
- Associate cloud certification required.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect configuration and administration.
- Proficiency with Python-based Lambda functions and RESTful API integrations.
- Experience with DynamoDB, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR paths.
- Develop Python-based AWS Lambda functions and RESTful APIs.
- Model DynamoDB tables and indexes for efficient data access.
- Build secure RESTful integrations using API Gateway and Lambda.
- Provision and maintain cloud infra with Terraform; manage GitLab CI/CD workflows.
- Implement least-privilege permissions and secure integration boundaries.
- Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability; improve service reliability.
- Document flow logic, contracts, deployment procedures, and provide mentorship.
