Qualifications

• Experience testing Amazon Connect IVR flows and intent handling.
• Proficient in test automation for voice/IVR systems and associated tooling.

Responsibilities

• Validate complex IVR intent flows across Retail, Business Banking, and Finance streams.
• Verify Lambda integrations, telephony routing, fallback paths, and audio prompts.
• Log, track, and re-test defect lifecycles in Jira.
• Contribute to conversational AI development.
