As an AWS Sr. Developer, you will implement complex AWS-optimized architectures for enterprise-scale contact centers, leveraging Amazon Connect, Python/JS, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on programming experience in Python/Java/C#/Node.js/.NET.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of JSON and AWS services.
• Proficiency with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building Amazon Connect solutions and contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions.
• Provide technical advisory during business reviews and user story detailing.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
• Develop solution designs and perform code reviews with the team.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation.
• Exhibit leadership on enterprise projects with minimal direction.
