• Must be organized and customer-focused.

• Previous dealership service advisor experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of the Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer experience from greeting to repair completion.
• Schedule service appointments and obtain vehicle history prior to arrival.
• Explain repair processes and maintain clear communication on estimates and timelines.
• Obtain authorization for additional repairs and keep customers updated on progress.
