Job summary

Join #1 Cochran Monroeville Hyundai as a Service Advisor, the first point of contact for our customers in the service lane. You will own the customer experience, greet owners, collect vehicle data, explain repair processes, and coordinate with technicians to schedule work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and carry out assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Schedules service appointments using the scheduling system.
• Obtains customer history and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Documents customer’s vehicle needs on repair orders.
• Inspects vehicle for damage and other needs.
• Advises customers on car care per manufacturers’ specifications.
• Review Multi-Point Inspection format and obtain authorization.
• Checks on progress towards completion and notifies customers of changes, obtaining authorization for additional repairs.
