You will manage repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth drop-off and pickup experience for every guest. We offer a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance within a high-volume dealership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in automotive service advising or related customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service by answering calls and greeting customers.
• Identify and confirm concerns, assess needs, and recommend repairs.
• Walk around vehicles to identify service needs and explain costs to customers.
• Create accurate repair orders in ADP and document service details.
• Prepare estimates and communicate changes in costs or scope to customers.
• Dispatch orders to technicians and monitor progress through closure.
• Follow ICC2, CD and S2S processes for a seamless customer experience.
• Process payments and ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
