Job summary

Wilde Honda in Waukesha, Wisconsin is seeking an Automotive Parts Advisor to support both retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries, orders, pricing, and availability. The position reports to the Parts Manager and requires open evening/weekend/holiday availability to meet dealership demand.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of automotive parts or dealership experience, working knowledge of OEM parts, and familiarity with inventory systems and DMS.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive parts or dealership experience.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, OEM components and parts catalogs.
• Experience with inventory management and dealership management systems (DMS).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts inquiries, orders, pricing, and availability.
• Identify and recommend OEM automotive parts and accessories using parts catalogs and dealership systems.
• Partner with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure accurate parts selection and timely vehicle repairs.
• Process parts orders, invoices, payments, returns, warranties, and core exchanges.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock automotive parts while maintaining accurate inventory records.
