Job summary

Wilde Honda in Waukesha, Wisconsin is seeking an Automotive Parts Advisor to support dealership operations and meet customer demand. The role is onsite, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, reporting to the Parts Manager.

You will assist customers with parts inquiries, process orders and inventories, coordinate with service teams, and maintain an organized parts department. A 1+ year dealership parts experience and knowledge of OEM parts and DMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive parts, parts counter, or dealership experience.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, OEM components, and parts catalog systems.
• Experience with inventory management, parts ordering, and dealership management systems (DMS).
• Accuracy in processing orders, invoices, payments, and inventory transactions.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts inquiries, orders, pricing, and availability.
• Identify and recommend OEM automotive parts and accessories using parts catalogs and dealership systems.
• Partner with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure accurate parts selection and timely vehicle repairs.
• Process parts orders, invoices, payments, returns, warranties, and core exchanges.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock automotive parts while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order parts, monitor deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain an organized parts department while delivering excellent customer service.
