Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking an overnight Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental, physical and psychiatric disabilities. The role requires assisting with daily living skills, safety, and community integration within a residential program.

Training and certifications such as FA/CPR and MAP are emphasized, with opportunities for growth. Shifts are scheduled Friday through Sunday, 11:00pm–9:00am (30 hours/week).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 5+ years in the same role.
• Preferred minimum 1 year experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training in activities of daily living during day/evening/overnight hours.
• Foster independence by developing decision-making and daily living skills.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations as applicable.
