Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of tech experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record leading tech projects and teams.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and modern delivery practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop technology professionals to a high-performing team.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of tech solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage project delivery including planning and budget.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and policies.
• Develop procedures for monitoring, incident management, and disaster recovery.
• Contribute to technology strategy and modernization initiatives.
• Communicate status and risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
