You will drive modernization, partner with stakeholders, and shape the technology roadmap while promoting operational excellence and AI-enabled productivity tools. The role requires deep technical leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives across software

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years tech experience.
• 3+ years in leadership, management, or team lead roles; SDLC and modern delivery practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data platforms; AI-enabled productivity tools.
