Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years tech experience.
• 3+ years in leadership, management, or team lead roles; SDLC and modern delivery practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data platforms; AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop technology professionals to build high-performing teams.
• Oversee design, development, and support of enterprise applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Manage project delivery: planning, resources, risks, budgeting, execution oversight.
