Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor delinquency, charge-offs and non-performing assets.
• Assist in preparation and management of divisional budget.
• Conduct full follow-up supervisions on all offices per policies and audit standards.
• Risk assessment of divisional branch operations from audits and reports.
• Ensure divisional compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Personnel management including recruitment, training and development.
• Assist with acquisitions including due diligence and conversions.
• Other duties as assigned.
