Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Division Specialist to support multiple branches under the AVP, Divisional Branch Coordinator. You will oversee operations and ensure lending, collections and service standards are met to create trust and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include loan decisions up to limits, processing consumer loans, building community relationships and guiding staff. Travel may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with lending software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the support and management of multiple branch locations to meet goals.
• Make loan decisions up to lending limits; process and close consumer loans; collect accounts.
• Assist branch managers with business development and community relationships.
• Ensure high quality customer service; travel as required.
• Assist with hiring, staffing, training and performance reviews as applicable.
