CommunityAmerica Credit Union is seeking an AVP, Branch Manager for the Truman Medical Center Branch in Kansas City, MO. This full-time role leads a dynamic team to achieve branch goals through coaching, sales leadership, and exceptional member service.

You will drive market engagement, build community relationships, and provide financial guidance to Members. The position requires leadership experience, regulatory knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to growth and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience (financial or retail preferred).
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
• Advanced problem-solving and regulatory knowledge in financial services
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Passion for community engagement and brand representation
