Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer finance business or related industry.
• Personnel management experience.
• Budgeting and industry financial analysis experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.
• Previous divisional management experience in consumer finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquency, charge-offs and non-performing assets.
• Assist in preparation and management of divisional budget.
• Conduct full/follow-up supervisions across offices.
• Risk assessment of divisional branch operations via audits.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Oversee personnel management including recruitment and training.
• Assist with acquisitions including due diligence and conversions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
