Job summary

Gesa Credit Union in Richland, WA seeks an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Branches - Eastern Region. This role oversees multiple market areas, guiding Branch Market Managers and staff to deliver exceptional member service and achieve sales goals across the division.

The AVP provides coaching, performance management, and strategic partnerships with Mortgage, Commercial, and Investment Services to elevate service standards and community impact while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent job experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of retail branch management experience.
Two (2) years of experience leading multiple branch locations and managers preferred.
Proficient with MS Office and reporting applications.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional member service and support service and sales initiatives aligned with standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, and regulations.
Collaborate with department leaders to maintain a trained, motivated staff.
Mentor and lead staff development through coaching and structured development.
Develop and supervise sales campaigns and promotions across branches.
