Qualifications

Personnel management experience.
Budgeting and industry financial analysis experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel a considerable amount of time.
Previous divisional management experience in consumer finance.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor delinquency, charge-offs and non-performing assets.
Assist in preparation and management of divisional budget.
Conduct follow-up supervision on all offices according to policy and audit standards.
Risk assessment of divisional branch operations from audits and reports.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
Personnel management including recruitment, evaluation, and training.
Assist with acquisitions including due diligence and conversions.
Other duties as assigned.
