Job summary

LPL Financial LLC, Bedminster, NJ, seeks an AVP, Associate Regional Branch Director to support the Regional Branch Director in guiding financial advisors and teams within your region. This role requires frequent travel to Bedminster, NJ and focuses on growth, succession planning, and advisor satisfaction.

You will lead coaching, recruitment, and collaboration with internal partners to promote tools and resources, aiming to drive outsized growth and client success in a dynamic wealth-management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 7,66 (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
• 3+ years of experience working as a branch manager, associate complex manager or another field-based sales role
• Ability to travel visiting branch offices and participating in recruit meetings

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain deep advisor relationships while maintaining high advisor retention and satisfaction.
• Support the growth aspirations of advisors/teams through coaching; execute on sales strategy to drive growth within your region.
• Strategize and execute on teaming and succession planning opportunities, including, but not limited to, identifying successors, merging teams with similar practices, etc.
• Partner with the sales organization to drive the recruitment of advisors by educating them on the mission and vision of LPL Independent Advisor Network and associated benefits to their practice in joining your region.
• Collaborate with the LPL Independent Advisor Network Consultants and internal partners to increase awareness/adoption of appropriate tools and resources (e.g., financial planning, advisory, high net worth services)
• Help drive outsized growth in Same Store Sales, Net New Assets, and client satisfaction scores (NPS).
• Support the acclimation of new advisors/teams to the LPL Independent Advisor Network.
