Job summary

Farm Family is seeking an AVP, Claims Quality Assurance & Performance Management to lead the QA program across the organization, aligning with enterprise standards and driving data-driven improvements in claims quality. The role requires building governance, auditing, and analytics to support senior leadership decisions.

The position is 100% in-office, with Albany, Omaha, or Springfield as potential offices, and reports to the Clearbrook QA Lead with dotted-line to the Chief Claims Officer.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive P&C claims experience with leadership in QA.
• Strong business acumen in how insurers operate and drive profitability.
• Proven ability to translate QA findings into measurable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA program across Farm Family, aligning with enterprise standards.
• Design QA audit methodology, scoring, and sampling; governance and training.
• Develop analytics and reporting linking QA results to KPI performance.
• Oversee data integrity in Guidewire and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide executive-level reporting on claim quality and performance.
